The way news is delivered to readers is changing drastically as new technology continues to dominate our lives.  Part of my ultimate responsibility is adjusting to these changes on a smaller scale.

Currently, my high school newspaper depends upon a biweekly publication to keep our readers up to date; however, I want to change our current system by making the exciting as well as frightening adjustment to the Web.

This past week at HSJI has made me realize this change is not nearly as daunting or terrifying as I first imagined.  But the process I thought to be exceptionally time consuming is in fact practical and almost fool proof.  This realization gave me the motivation to make the changes necessary to venture into the new world of multimedia. 

I am excited to take this first step leading my high school's newspaper as the way news is delivered continues to change.
