At this morning’s final HSJI awards ceremony for 2009, our speakers shared nothing but optimism for the future of student publications and journalism itself. About 500 students visited this year, and many instructors proclaimed this to be the best session yet.

Many scholarship recipients and outstanding achievement winners were recognized, including the Randy Siddons Memorial Scholarship winner. Check here for the awards ceremony update.
