Dylan Hodges
"I grew up in Avon, Indiana. I found at an early age that journalism was something I could get into as a profession and I have loved it ever since. More recently I have been working in Adobe InDesign and PhotoShop working on the overall design of my high school publication (The Echo). I look forward to being a part of HSJI.org as a blogger."
Allie Medellin
"My name is Alexandria Medellin but I prefer to go simply by Allie. I am a senior at Avon High School in Avon, Indiana. I have been a part of our school newspaper staff, The Echo, since my sophomore year. As a junior I served as the staff photography editor and this year, as a senior, I am one of two editors-in-chief."
 Matt Bettonville
"I am a senior at St. Louis University High in St. Louis, Mo., and editor-in-chief of the weekly Prep News, of which I have been on staff for four years. Outside of journalism, I lead a band playing guitar, singing back-up vocals, and writing songs and lyrics; and I play baseball. I hope to study engineering and physics in college."
